(Bio)Sensores electroquímicos basados en sonogeles modificados con nanomateriales y polímeros para aplicaciones analíticas
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis doctoral thesis is focused on the development of novel electrochemical sensor devices based on the modification of the Sonogel-Carbon material with conducting polymers and nanomaterials, as well as on the subsequent application in the analysis of real samples. The preparation of these transducer materials has been optimized. A structural, compositional and superficial characterization of these materials and the electrodes prepared with them has been carried out using several techniques. The electrochemical performance of these sensor devices in the determination of analytes of interest has been studied as well, performing a comparison with the response of unmodified materials and commercial electrodes. The figures of merits of the novel electrodes have been assessed by carrying out the calibration of the different species. Several ambiental, pharmaceutical and biological real samples have been analysed using the developed sensor devices.
