Cieľom práce bolo navrhnúť riešenie, ktoré kombinuje zachovanie historických hodnôt budovy s požiadavkami na jej moderné využitie a zlepšenie energetickej efektívnosti. Práca analyzuje súčasný stav budovy, identifikuje jej hlavné technické a energetické nedostatky a navrhuje riešenia zohľadňujúce pamiatkovú ochranu aj súčasné environmentálne štandardy. Navrhované zásahy zahŕňajú dispozičné zmeny rešpektujúce stavebne historický prieskum, zlepšenie tepelnotechnických vlastností objektu, modernizáciu technických zariadení a zlepšenie pobytového komfortu objektu. The aim of the work was to propose a solution that combines the preservation of the building's historical values with the requirements for its modern use and improved energy efficiency. The study analyses the current state of the building, identifies its main technical and energy deficiencies, and proposes solutions that respect heritage protection while adhering to contemporary environmental standards. The proposed interventions include spatial modifications based on historical architectural research, improvement of the building's thermal and technical properties, modernization of technical systems, and enhancement of the building’s user comfort. A comparison of three renovation approaches – the current state, a design respecting heritage conservation, and an unrestricted modernization scenario – evaluates the possibilities for a balanced approach to the renovation of historic buildings.
