The C&T system constitutes a problem because of one of its dimensions: generation and diffusion of technology. As an institutional phenomenon, the interaction between research and extension is the object of study in this work. This interaction is assumed to act as an institutional mechanism for the reorganization of the C&T system, especially for the farming and cattle raising sector.
