The main pillar got the party, the pilgrimage, tourism and trade carried out on site as well as relations between the natives and visitors actors that are established from the contact between them. This work seeks to understand the nuances and interrelations established between the categories of actors, whether natives or visitors from the space share, during the festivities of Our Lady of Victories year 2013. The analysis showed that natives and pilgrims adjust to the poor infrastructure of the place. The festival also brings the city its absent natives and with them other celebrations.
