Abstract

dc:description.abstract

In recent decades there has been an unprecedent interest in the area of nanotechnology, one of the most attractive and high - growth technology fields, resulting in the emergence of innovative products in strategic areas. However, due to such growth, there a re still a few toxicological studies so that an effective regulation could ensure that people's health and the environment are safe. This study aimed to expose a panorama from a research related to biological nanotoxicity by inhalation, dermal, via the cir culatory system, effects of cytotoxic and regulatory data, correlating with pharmacology. Studies in the literature show a wide capacity range of nanoparticles in biological systems, usually responses immune system activation and deposition are observed in organs with their respective pathologies caused by the presence of nanoparticles. In contrast is still slow the emergence of laws for the composition of regulatory measurements of nanoparticles. This work suggests that existing results in the literature a re able to compose regulatory biosecurity measures in various product applications, especially within the nanofarmacology, however there is noted disinterest in the application of regulatory measurements.
