Atuação do nutricionista nos projetos terapêuticos singulares.

This work intends to show the importance of the Nutrition area and its contributions in the practice of Basic Attention to Health, especia lly, in the Singular Therapeutic Projects (henceforth STP), as well as to show that the involvement of the nutritionist in the STPs built in the Basic Attention area reinforces the integrability of attention to health. The current project brings an uneasin ess about the true performance role of the nutritionist in the STPs, because it focuses on the fact that we must reflect and act, including the nutritionist, in a welcoming way in every situation, considering the clinical cases shown, the social features ( economic, spiritual and cultural), the available resources in the area/houses, the hygiene and safety conditions and the degree of clarification of the family with the aim of making it better the prognosis of each individual. Thereby, this project aims at understanding how the construction of practice of health, through the research done based on the experience at the Integrated Basic Unity of Family Health ( IBUFH) in the suburb of Sao Jose, Joao Pessoa - PB and through the Practice of Extension of Corporat e Health (PECH). The methodology used with base on the STP objectives are: Prognosis, definition of aims, sharing responsibility and revaluation. The experience shared according to the methodology used in this work showed that when we get to know the terri tory, conditions of living, and some necessary dialogue is established, through the therapeutic project, it is possible to understand better the health and life conditions, the family relations established in the family towards the illness, the needs and c ares to be taken to the care of the sick or bedridden. This opens space to introduce the nutritionist in the planning of singular therapeutic projects committed to the management of the individual and collective attention.
