Biofertilizante bovino via água de irrigação: ação no crescimento, produção e qualidade dos frutos de maracujazeiro amarelo .

The passion fruit is a culture of prominence in the Brazilian agricultural sector, Brazil is the largest producer and consumer in the world and a leading exporter of juice. In 2010, Brazil produced 920,158 t of passion fruit, and the states of Bahia, Ceará and Espirito Santo the largest producers. The study was carried out during the period March/2011 to March/2012 in Remígio county, Paraíba State Brazil, in order to evaluate the effects of type and levels of biofertilizers bovine, applied to soil in liquid form on growth vegetative of the olants, yield and fruit quality of yellow passion fruit harvested at beginning and final of harvest. Treatments were arranged in a randomized block design in a factorial 2 x 5 x 2 referring to biofertilizers (common and chemically enriched) at levels 0.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0%, and harvesting at the beginning and end of the season, in four replications and six plants per plot. The common biofertilizer promoted greater stem diameter growth of passion fruit, faster development of the main stem and the side branches and biofertilizer enriched chemically on the plant production and productivity of the plants. The interaction types x doses of biofertilizers exercise significative effects on stem diameter, branches number , number of fruits per plant, average fruit weight, production by plant and productivity. From results the interaction types x doses of biofertilizers x assessment time did not exercise significant effects on the quality of yellow passion fruits, but recorded a loss of fruit quality between the beginning and end of the harvest.
