Avaliação do comportamento de chalotas (Allium ascalonicum) sob aplicação de biofertilizante.

We evaluated the behavior of two varieties of shallots (Allium ascalonicum) (onion white and brown) under organic production. The experiment was conducted on the Site Pitiá, Areia - PB. The design was randomized blocks with 4 treatments of 2 Shallots in the presence and absence of biofertilizer with 4 repetitions. The cultivation period was from 01/02/2012 to 18/04/2012 the day. We used organic fertilizer Established in doses of 30 Mg ha-1 of manure for all treatments applying uniformly across the surface of the bed and 28 days after an application of 10 Mg ha-1 between rows. The treatments included biofertilizer prepared in anaerobic digester, with a composition of 50% cattle manure and 50% water. The treatments were subjected to 3% of foliar biofertilizer. The parameters evaluated were: bulb diameter, number of cloves per bulb weight of bulbs, bulbils weight, dry weight of bulb and yield per hectare. Analyzing the results, it was concluded that the variables that had been significant amounts of bulblets per plant and bulb weight of white shallots.
