So, like that grows up the need of workers and social movements to access and possession of land. At Paraiba this events are observed on the occupation and use of marginal lands on the roads as alternative occupation of small rural producers and jobless on the borders of PB – 008 road. Analyzing the contradiction of this process the study was based on theorical readings and after in practical works about behavior rural workers; Between the fences of private acres and the roads, we have the mean of rural labor, the blokes who works and the way as they use the lands shows the weight that the land has while mean of production / survival.
