A evolução do aumento do tráfego de veículos na zona sul de joão pessoa - caso do bairro bancários.

With the proposal to analyze the evolution of growth of vehicles in the neighborhood Bancários through the real state speculation (uprighting) in it, it became interesting to carry out a study on the subject. Objective: to observe, describe the main corridors emphasizing the issue of vehicular traffic and the agents that contribute to changes that occurred there in recent years correlating with the urban expansion. Methodology: research in the field, tabulating data, photographic survey and supplemented with bibliographic references. Final Considerations: the uprighting and speculation are causing the increased flow of cars on site and it sought to jointly with public agencies an improvement, in other words, through an efficient sectorization for the neighborhood a solution to the problem mentioned.
