Metodologias bioanalíticas para a análise de biomarcadores com diferentes detectores: uma revisão bibliográfica.

This review discusses current trends in molecular profile for systems biology applications emerging in the analysis of biomarkers, their uses and criteria for their selection and analysis method. Historically, methodological developments in science separat ion coincided with the availability of new ionization techniques in mass spectrometry. Miniaturized separation techniques coupled with technologically advanced instrumentation - Mass Spectrometry - and the processing capabilities of modern data are at the center of current platforms proteomics and metabolomics.
