A digestibility trial was conducted to evaluate the apparent digestibility coefficients of nutrients and digestible energy bran annatto seed (FSU) and the effects of diet supplementation with an enzyme complex containing cellulase, protease and amylase on nutrient digestibility juvenile Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The experimental diets were supplemented with commercial enzyme complex levels of 0.0, 0.033, 0.066, 0.099%. The collection period was done for 15 days and the determination of apparent digestibility was performed by the indirect method, using chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as an indicator of digestibility. We used 45 male juvenile Nile tilapia with approximately 100.00 g were randomly distributed into three incubators adjusted for digestibility trial. The physical and chemical parameters of the water is maintained at adequate levels throughout the experiment.
