Abordagem Estatística no 4º ciclo do Ensino Fundamental na Escola Estadual Camará: Uma metodologia para o ensino da coleta, organização e interpretação de dados.

Aware of the need to address the contents of the block treatment of information at teaching Fundamental, especially those related to Statistics, you must mount an educational proposal that will serve the elementary school students, with regard to the inclusion of statistical data, thus preparing the students for actively participating in social life as a thinking being. The proposed methodology aims to address the students the information they are receiving lately in a more didactic, so you can use them, exposing them in tables and graphs contributing to the construction of knowledge from the contents of Statistics, using an approach teaching through research, opening, possibilities of exchange among the participants of the teaching process. The research is qualitative level using the strategy of case study, being performed in a state school located in the city of Matinhas-PB made from the application of a questionnaire on the content recommended by the block treatment of information in classrooms the 4th cycle at teaching Fundamental, after an analysis of the results obtained in the questionnaire, putting in place an intervention by means of an expository explanation of the content and activity of field research. Being visible also that the teaching of statistics is one of the themes that enables individuals to work more effectively in the social context, becoming one of the most important science to support decision making. Promptly, the objective of this work is to propose tasks and activities that foster the development of statistical reasoning in elementary school, through a methodology that addresses research, seeking where possible to establish relations with everyday events. It is worth mentioning that this does not change quantitatively the curriculum of elementary school, but qualitatively it is being addressed in an interdisciplinary way as it seeks to integrate the students to their community, thereby providing subsidies that enable the identification and overcome their difficulties, thus obtaining a better performance. A work of this kind helps the student to position themselves critically about the interpretation of data, synthesizing ideas as a way to actively position themselves with life and the world of work.
