Abstract
dc:description.abstractCurrently, it is common, both in education as well as in commercial and industrial sectors, the inclusion of technology as being of fundamental importance in our day-to-day. Technology is everywhere, but still it is observed that in education, especially in the classroom is little use of the use of technological resources, including in mathematics. Observed through questionnaires why the non-use of these resources by teachers, since it implies that they have developed some skills in programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture as the training and ProInfo-National Program of Educational Technology, which serves to enable them through distance learning courses and also nurture the educator to use in their classrooms using technology like the computer more easily. On this issue, we conducted a questionnaire with questions concerning the use of technological resources (computer and calculator) in mathematics classes and also obtain information from teachers regarding the use of such facilities or not in mathematics classes. For some teachers complain about the little class time to use them. But we believe that these features are more a facilitator in the teaching of alternative methods of mathematics, when used in classes on logarithmic functions, making a difference in the teaching learning process.
