The theoretical research addressed the Trainee Program, learning management and the role of the junior company in skills development. The research, exploratory, emerges as a qualitative case study. Data were collected through interviews with former participants of the EJA Trainee Program, conducted from a screenplay by semi-structured questions. After transcribing the interviews, they were coded and grouped into the following themes: \"Trainee Program Structure\", \"Aspects facilitators of learning\", \"limiting aspects of learning\", and its sub items. The results have allowed the identification of the structure of the EJA Trainee Program. We found that, as major factors facilitating the learning process of trainees, interpersonal relationships promoted by the interaction between the teams, the requirement imposed throughout the process and structure of activities geared towards learning in action. As limiting factors, highlighted the difficulty of reconciling with the routine given the volume of tasks, behavioral and ideological conflicts and the pressures of social context. The findings showed that the EJA Trainee Program while extension activity contributes to the training of students UFPB as learning channel and a bridge between the academic and working life. Despite the positives, the volume of activity and the level of recovery exaggerated at times ends up good talent away from the company, in addition to affecting how trainees learn during the program. Moreover, there should be a greater concern not only with the objectives of absorption of candidates, but also with their vocational training regardless of the results. The research leaves room for numerous other potential approaches, among them, the discussion between the profile considered ideal for Trainee Programs and authenticity of the modern professional, which often ends up having to give up his personality to take a plaster conduct established by organizations.","abstract_html":"This study aimed to analyze the determinants of the learning process about the participants of the Junior Company of Business Graduation – UFPB Trainee Program.
