Formação de bibliotecários na UFPB: um olhar sobre os Laboratórios de Práticas Integradas na perspectiva discente

The following work proposes a reflection about subjects that comprise to the Compulsory Supervised Practicum. It aims is to analyze, from students’ perspective, how subjects of Laboratory of Integrated Practices of Graduation Course in Librarianship from UFPB contribute to vocational training. Therefore, this work delineates the current situation of these subjects, identifying in the students’ report, their main difficulties and level of satisfaction, strengths and weaknesses of each subject, intending to indicate possible suggestions of improvement. The following work is characterized as applied research, whose methodologic property moved between boundaries of descriptive and exploratory research. As qualitative research, essentially, while techniques of approaching, it uses semistructured interview seeking to check the subject at issue, of the interviewee’s point of view. The sample of subjects of research was removed of universe of registered students in subjects of Laboratory of Integrated Practices of Graduation Course in Librarianship from UFPB in the period 2014.2. The data were organized into four subject blocks and, from analyses it was possible to propose improvements for these subjects.
