A TIC na comunicação interna do Banco do Brasil: visão dos funcionários utilizando a etnometodologia

When it comes to organizational effectiveness, not just have a team of highly motivated top talent, if it is not well informed, if members do not communicate adequately in order to achieve business goals. And so the internal communication becomes a priority and should be given, by the top management, great attention. It is essential that the content is actually learned by receiving public - officials at the focus of this work, so they are able to use what is effectively informed. For the sake of achieving the objectives of the bank. As a means of disseminating information to internal corporate communication has at its disposal, innovative instruments such as the Intranet and SisBB - private networks of communication that go into the business with full force as the new environment of organizational communication. This paper is a case study of the information system adopted by the Bank of Brazil, focusing on the channels like SisBB and Intranet, to be the foundation of the company's communication with its employees, connecting all the points of service in the country. With the research field, through the application of questionnaires to 65 employees could see that the channels, while essential to the objectives of the bank, are not accessible to most employees. Among the two channels SisBB seems to be more democratic. Since some deficits means other than organizational communication is not enough to choose the channels and constant power, the feedback is essential when it comes to optimizing the channel and its capacity to enable employees to assist the achievement of organizational goals.
