Ações sustentáveis no setor hoteleiro no município de João Pessoa – PB: dois estudos de casos

Conservation is a competitive need of the modern market in view of the rapid advancement of the consumer population, and consequently the growth of pollution and environmental degradation. With the hotel industry is no different, is necessary environmental management to reduce the environmental impacts generated by the activities of this sector. Thus, this paper aimed to verify the implementation of ISO 14000 and guidelines in two organizations the hotel industry located in Paraíba. The study is justified the characterization of implementation and usability of ISO 14000 and its guidelines. It was through interviews and questionnaires with employees that the Bessa Beach Hotel has more actions implemented the ISO 14000.
