Logística de distribuição em uma empresa de materiais de construção de João Pessoa - PB: uma visão etnometológica

The monographic study in question has scoped description of the logistics process with a focus on distribution function in COMFIL Company - Building Materials Ltda. The research seeks to present the major aspects related to logistics and focusing on transport and distribution, these functions, which will be addressed in the survey's theoretical framework, which will also cover the development of logistics as well as their concepts and definitions. Through the work aims to further highlight the importance of distribution logistics process in order to reach the effectiveness of operational management, emphasizing its main aspects, especially regarding the coordination of supply, to improve logistics activities that must be performed jointly, accentuating the function and use of the transmission and distribution to the success of these activities. The study can be classified as exploratory and qualitative, based on the literature to support the theoretical monograph, we used still ethnomethodology as qualitative research technique, considering that the researcher is a member of the company where the research was conducted . We conclude that by identifying the problems of the company regarding customer dissatisfaction towards the delay in delivery of goods, it was observed that the adoption of measures to optimize the logistics of distribution, it would be essential to improve the quality of service provided.
