We seek to know the profile of the EJA students. The methodology used was the field research, with the following stages: bibliographical study, document, exploration, observation and applied research to students and teachers / the EJA, in that school. After field experience we can say that the content presented to students of EJA are in line with public policy and the actual curriculum that guides teaching and learning, but there are several pitfalls that are still far from being solved, given, lacking minimum conditions for the proper performance of the task of educating this group of students. Lack adequate physical structure, teachers lack mainly of appropriate teaching materials, training courses / continuing education and recognition in the form of good wages.
