O prazer e o sofrimento no trabalho de gerentes: um estudo com gerentes do Ministério Público do Trabalho na Paraíba

Work is perceived as a machine that produces various meanings that affect the psychological of the individual, and acts directly in labor relations, in which there should be a psychosocial balance. The feeling of pleasure at work is closely linked to the mental balance of the individual. The organization provides a recognition space and valorization of its workforce, and from then individuals can balance their psychological and create defensive strategies against suffering. The research has as main objective to analyze the impact of pleasure and suffering experiences in the work of the Ministry of Labor managers in Paraiba. The approach adopted in this research was qualitative data collection occurred from interviews with three managers of administrative units of MPT / PB. a content analysis was carried out, seeking to understand the aspects camouflaged in the answers of respondents. The results showed that the work is related as a resource, satisfying human needs, and pleasure in the work of these managers is linked mainly to the relationship with colleagues and the physical structure of the organization. The suffering was found that the relationship difficulties with the leadership and with the direct team is the main triggering factor. Thus, pleasure and suffering impact on labor relations of these managers, coming to affect the whole team.
