Logística empresarial e PCP: um estudo na Cipatex do Nordeste S/A

Based on the case study, this paper aims to show the importance of using the planning of technical and production control (PCP) based on its principles and concepts, and also on the logistics as a competitive strategy in companies . It has the general objective to demonstrate the market close race today, indicating the vehement power that the customer has. The work presents, initially, the importance of logistics in organizations, its concept, the relevance of the information to obtain profitability technology through a theoretical framework in the view of some authors and later its importance in the competitive strategy of the company, with the one of its main objectives the management of production management and materials to ensure greater flexibility of the company with regard to meeting demand. At the end of this work, detailing the implementation of technical planning and production control, especially after checking the case study on the company Cipatex Nordeste S/A.
