The goal of the study is to register the activities carried out in the Com Vivência Project; to reflect on the experienced librarian practices; and to recognize the supervised internship as an environment of social practices as well. The used methodological approach consists of a qualitative research for indicating that people are considered as actors in a constant learning process, suggesting a range of possible individual interpretations of the social relationships. The action-research was the method employed, once the whole researching was experienced by the intern and, from the results, changes for improving the environment were established. For this purpose, the Reading Room was diagnosed.
