Padronização do processo de aquisição de materiais: estudo em uma empresa do ramo de construção civil

This study has as a goal to standardize the procedures of the process of purchasing the materials for a company in the field of contruction. Thus, discribing its subprocess, creating stream to make a critical analysis, as well as offer improvement for the subprocess and collecting the opnion of managers about the standardization of the process. For that, the basement theory was developted towards the main concepts of managment and molding of processess until the standardization in construction. The study has a qualified approach and its configuration as a study of case with a discriptive idea. Interviews were made with construction manageners and admistrative staff responsable for the company's purchasing department, subjects of the study. The analysis of the results were made via the technique of the analysis of contents. The main conclusion was that the company does not use the standardization of the purchasing process, that the managment model is old and there is not a documented system. That way, the purchasing process is inneficient and creates expenses to the company. For this reason, streaming of the current subprocessess of the purchasing process were developed, as well as a proposal of improvements, thus becoming more efficient.
