Empresas Juniores: o impacto na educação e na economia da Paraíba

Brazil and Paraíba are living a historic moment. A very serious crisis generated a contagious pessimism about our future in the short, medium and long term. Such pessimism is natural, but exaggerated. The country and state are undergoing major transformations in education, politics and management of the economy. However, civil associations formed by university students has been trying to change this reality: impact the economy of Paraiba delivering results for Micro and Small Enterprises while forming capable and committed to do so: this is what proposes the junior companies. In this research, using qualitative analysis to post junior and quantitative analysis of the results of EJs, we try to understand the effect that these organizations generate in our economy and education. The conclusion we reached is that more than 90% of young people who have gone through movement junior company feel more prepared for their professional future, because they have already executed projects led teams and taken strategic decisions for an organization. As for the market, are many cases of entrepreneurs who have hired the services of junior companies and obtained excellent results, with the reversal of risk frameworks that their companies lived. The major challenge for the moving company Junior Paraiba is now gaining scale. Impact increasingly the lives of young people and companies, so we can see a stronger economy, better education and a more entrepreneurial Paraiba.
