Sentidos e formas de participação em processos de gestão democrática

The Democratic Management has become subject of debate and discussion in the M educational setting, so that its relevance is highlighted as the actions to promote A citizenship, decentralization of power manager, and participation as a whole. Therefore, R this current conclusion work aims to analyze the prosecution forms of participation Y because of the democratic process management, using as a basis for the analysis of proposals the management contributions of managers and teachers of a municipal Th school from Sapé - PB, as well as literature that discusses the topic in question giving e subsidies to its foundation from the approaches of authors such as Heloísa Lück (2006, 2009), Carlos Libâneo (2001, 2003), Ilma Veiga (2009), among others. The results of De this study showed that the Democratic Management is effective with the equal m participation of all segments of the school community, in the exercise of their oc citizenship and autonomy, but their forms of participation in the school's democratic rat processes are limited by several factors, limiting by consequence the democratic action ic of the school.
