This questionnaire was adapted from an articleCardoso, Santos e Figueiredo (2002),which made it possible to identify the leader within the organization, as the generations are in relation to this and how they feel about the organization. All data were collected by questionnaire in visits in the period from July to September 2016 in different Civil Guard jobs Municipal in operating-GOP Group, integration, administrative sector, since the João Pessoa City Hall, Palace of the post Municipal, pecks, some PSF, base school round, round the squares, patrol cycle, science station, CIOP. In the data analysis, descriptive statistics were used (frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation and coefficient of variation). As the most significant results achieved, there is a predominance of a leadership that will encourage a more charismatic and democratic leader. In contrast, Generation Baby Boomers that had a lower average in all matters, which indicates that it is the generation that is more dissatisfied with aspects of leadership and organization. This fact can be explained by the fact that the Municipal Civil Guard in the last three years has undergone several changes, mainly by the entry of a large number of X and Generation Y in the organization. Such generations, especially the X did not exist in the organization, which was a shock and brought several changes.","abstract_html":"This work was subject to Municipal Civil Guard - GCM of the city of Joao Pessoa that has been operating for over 25 years.
