Princípios andragógicos como meios de incentivar a leitura na área empresarial: uma análise no Projeto de Leitura da Dental Gold

It pretend.to understand the motivations and factors that influence adult reading in the business environment, as well as analyze the operation of the reading project of Dental Gold Viagem do Conhecimento, where the company seeks to work with your employees to better quality in the workplace, because, since it was realized that adults learn differently, the same themes and issues need to be treated according to their real needs and different ways. Descriptive and quantitative nature was used a closed questionnaire with closed questions and questions based on Likert Scale, a scale used in opinion polls for psychometric responses, created and applied in the company to employees, such as data collection instrument. For the analysis of the data were used basic statistical resources. From the data analysis it was possible to understand the motivations of employees to the organizational nature of reading and how they perceive reading as an essential tool for social and cultural development of the individual. We conclude that adult education has been discussed over the years and realizing the difficulty of engaging them with reading, many scholars have worked to contribute to the educational and motivational development of the same.
