O agente comunitário de saúde: um profissional da informação em saúde

This Final Work aims to understand the exercise of the function of the Community Health Agent (CHA) using the Information System in Health Primary Care and in this perspective the research problem is to answer the question, the CHA can be considered an information professional? To deal with the information necessary to make qualified professionals exist to address this labor, so we highlight the facilitator and mediator role in the team bond design and users in the CHA. The research was exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, with a qualitative approach, field research and literature. It was noticed that from what has been observed, it is essential to think about the professional CHA as a producer of health information and also have the desire not end this discussion here, the aim of this work is also causing more and more discussions about the professional information.
