This paper will also present a brief history of the process of inclusion of people with disabilities, including early childhood education and knowledge around the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN, 2006), in which defends the motto is: Nothing about us without us, considering the right guaranteed by the Constitution (BRAZIL, 1988) endorsed the Law of Guidelines and Base (BRAZIL, 1996) and the conventions related to persons with disabilities. This research is guiding question: How could access to early childhood education of his / her son / daughter with disabilities? To answer the question this research articulates reflection on the issue of inclusion of children with disabilities in the city of João Pessoa.
