A presença do brinquedo na rotina da educação infantil

The present work seeks to analyze the presence of the toy in the routine of Infant Education, what its role in child learning and development. It is very important that the toy is inserted in the child's daily life; The same is linked to the joke, since it is in the act of playing that we use the toy, whether in the school or family environment. With this, a case study was carried out at an institution in the city of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba, with the intention of identifying how the toy is used and what pedagogical proposals are promoted by the educators in the act of playing. We analyzed data collected on the basis of the main documents that constitute Infant Education, as well as through a research based on the theoretical foundations of authors such as: Gilles Brougère, Janet R. Moyles, Lucymary Andrade, Miriam Abromovay, Sonia Kramer, Tizuko M. Kishimoto , among others. . It is joking that the child gives meaning to their world and develops a meaningful learning, feeling through the act of autonomous and independent play, inserting itself in the society like active subject of rights. The result of the research indicates that the time spent playing in the school environment is short and limited by the busy routine assigned to the students; The quality and quantity of the toy are also very important points for the accomplishment of a significant play, although the devaluation of the act of playing by education professionals is remarkable.
