Moreover, it aimed to monitor the educational activities related to art education in kindergarten and develop interventions in the daily school expanding creativity and sensitivity of children from the Art of teaching peculiarities. It is characterized by a descriptive field research with qualitative approach whose analysis started from a deductive hypothetical design comprising the particular phenomenon to the general dialogue with the theoretical conceptions of scholars in the field as ÀRIES (1986), Carvalho (2008), Buoro (2009), among others. The text is linked to the world of art, education, visiting the curricula and public policies of early childhood education, in addition to educational practices in the school context. The results show that art is knowledge that involves thinking, aesthetic sense and intellectual formation of the individual, therefore, in school education Art plays an important role in the development of the mind and the integral formation of children, because it stimulates creativity, emotion, self-knowledge, harmonization with the environment, among other feelings of social and cultural integration.
