Abordagem da literatura infantil em turmas do 2° e 3° anos do ensino fundamental em escolas públicas de João Pessoa

This study aims to analyze the approach of children's literature in groups of 2 and 3 years of elementary school in two public schools in João Pessoa, in order to identify whether children's literature is being worked on in the classroom, what are the strategies through from which it is running, and which addressed genres. It is believed to encourage literary reading, it is first necessary to make the act of reading a pleasure and not a duty, in this perspective, children's literature is a valuable tool to form good readers. We seek to support the presupposed theories of thematic scholars involving children's literature, such as: Dalvi (2013), Jouve (2012), Koch and Elias (2008), Paulo Freire (1989), Cunha (2012). As research methodology, we prioritize the qualitative method, making use of observation and questionnaire tools. We verified by the observations made in the field that there has been considerable progress in encouraging reading from children's literature. However we know that a long way, but we are on the way to form good readers.
