Análise do desempenho econômico e financeiro de entidade da administração pública indireta

The paper intends to analyze the budget balance generated by the company The Union Superintendence of Press and Publishing for the state government of Paraíba from the years 2012 to 2014, showing that indirect government administration can generate revenues, in order to clarify, in this justification, knowledge Specific, such as a state enterprise would provide the surplus or a probable deficit, to the state government, issues today most debated within the spheres of government, in the face of fraudulent operations and administrative improbabilities. For this, a research was done on the data of this organ to be able to analyze its budgetary performance. In addition, it was also discussed on the subject of public administration, financial analysis and its public financial statements, which showed the quotients of the balance sheet referring to the budget, financial, equity and finally to the demonstration of changes in equity. Finally, it is concluded that in almost every year the budget balance showed a surplus of execution, and this can be considered as a favorable situation for this public body.
