Teste de atribuição das emoções em situações de bullying - AESB: evidências psicométricas
Abstract
dc:description.abstractBullying is a phenomenon constantly growing, so it is very valuable validation tests that assist professionals from different areas to know how the perception of children against this aggressive behavior. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the evidence of validity and accuracy of the assignment test of emotions in bullying - AESB, and descriptive analyzes to characterize the sample. The participants were 241 students from elementary school of public and private schools in João Pessoa (PB), aged 8 to 11 years, mostly female (56.4%). All responded to computerized test consists of 38 items, which was asked to choose from five emotional faces to the characters bullying (bully, victim and bystander) of the situations. We held the principal components analysis (PCA) (Varimax rotation), the Scree test. It was set extracting 3 factors, which explain 30% of the total variance, whose Cronbach alphas ranged from .46 to .82. These findings reveal that two factors the AESB meets favorable evidence of validity and reliability, but a factor not reached, and the need to be completely revised in order to be properly used in future studies to know which emotions are attributed to the characters bullying.
