The survey was conducted in public schools, with teachers and parents, in this sense, the purpose of it was to investigate the importance of the relationship between family and school in the educational process, focusing on working together across difficulties of students' learning. Both the family and the school are considered two points of fundamental support to the learner, the roles of both are essential for a good student performance.
