Perfil das famílias beneficiadas pelo Programa Bolsa Família no município de Goiana/PE

This work is a description of the Programa Bolsa Família in county of Goiana - PE. This program is a direct income transfer program employed by the Brazilian government in the whole territory of Brazil. This aims to establish the profile of the families benefiting from the program in the city and to see if the same conditionalities established by the program were being respected. It was also checked if there were changes in the conditions of these families benefited from the program, so that these families have access to basic conditions such as food, health, housing and education. The methodology used was through interviews, questionnaires, field research and literature. The survey found that the applicability of the program in Goiana- PE county is giving better living conditions to the benefited family.
