The research has descriptive exploratory study with a qualitative approach, with the purpose to increase knowledge about the inclusion of visually impaired people in education in João Pessoa - PB and the theoretical-legal debate related to the theme. Therefore, it made use of the contributions of authors and legislation dealing with the theme. As collection technique was used to interview, based on semi-structured questionnaire with questions generated by the researcher. The results show relevant information about the inclusion of people with visual impairment and their psychosocial relationship, ie , presents elements in the search for overcoming barriers faced by these individuals by the processing issued by the company, often through discriminatory.
