Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis study aims to study the proposals of the Urban Reform field, focused on housing policy and guidelines of the My Home My Life (MCMV), created in 2009 by the Lula government, in order to reduce the housing deficit. Bringing a historical fight for Urban Reform in the country, its proposals and actions, and a summary of housing policy in Brazil, with the presentation of MCMV in its two versions and their main criticism. Seeks to identify the extent to which PMCMV breaks or not with the guidelines of the Urban Reform, and structure their actions.
