Were used as instruments a questionnaire sociodemographic and a script interview semi-structured. For analysis of data, we used the statistical package IBM SPSS (version 21), and the software of textual data analysis iramuteq (version 0.7 Alpha 2). The results indicate that despite the institutionalization, teens keep links with family, friends and social community (Church and school) through visits, telephone and social networks. As the academic life, although have a positive perception about school, these young people have low school performance, the participants also expressed con- cerns about the future, intention to form a family and desires to get success through per- sonal achievements.
