This process provides the local administrator, under its jurisdiction, the implementation of a transit policy able to meet security demands, the implementation of education campaigns for transit and the development of traffic actions, management of public transport, land circulation vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians and better regulation of the city's parking lots. Thus, we sought to analyze the amount of Brazilian municipalities integrated into the SNT, its fleet of vehicles and a quantitative and also the Northeast and a more detailed picture of the municipalities integrated into the metropolitan region of João Pessoa system. The work develops with the analysis of the historical and current context of municipalization of the transit of João Pessoa and Cabedelo, and how are you getting the transition to Urban Mobility Plan in these two municipalities.
