Relação escola-família na educação infantil: uma parceria possível

The family and the school are to be the two major training institutions of the human being. The good relationship between them allows the child to develop fully on their mental and physical sectors preparing to live in society. This monograph conducted a study on the relation between school and family, in a public day care center, in the municipality of Bananeiras-pb. The general objective of this research was to analyze how has given the relationship between family and school in early childhood education. As specific objectives was to: observe the aspects that led to family and school to close; meet the effects caused by this distance; reflect on the role of the family, the role of the school and what factors prevent a rapprochement between them. It was found that the family would participate more if it were oriented and able to do so, and consequently the children would present a better performance. To perform this study, we used a qualitative approach. Data collection was in the form of a closed questionnaire and was applied with eight late-shift workers mentioned Daycare. In data analysis, it was found that the school-family relationship has great influence on the process of teaching-learning in early childhood education and school and family relationship, is fragile and therefore needs to be improved. And concluded that the family needs help from school to participate actively, in the school context and thus form a partnership with the school.
