The indigenous population who suffered so much after taxes, is trying to rescue the origin of their rich cultural identity, needs a differentiated health care, something that after many struggles, was conquered, but needs to be improved. The management of indigenous health has undergone several transformations since the year 1910 to the present day and evaluate the limits and possibilities of this assistance, more precisely under the DSEI year Potiguara / SESA, is the objective of this research.
