Participação e controle social de políticas públicas: o caso do Conselho Estadual de Saúde da Paraíba

This article focuses on public policies, with the aim of analyzing the concept of representativeness of the CES/PB on participation and social control of sectoral policies, as well as identify key issues and decisions implemented from 2013. This is An exploratory descriptive study of a highly qualitative nature. Semi-structured interviews with representatives of the three segments that make up the CES/PB were performed to investigate data for the period of its performance in its sector, he conceives the work of the Board and of the population compared to the control that takes place along the political public force in Paraíba and possible differences mediated by CES/PB last year.
