Inovação nas licitações: pregão, vantagens e desvantagens

This present study was to approach the topic of the advantages and possible disadvantages in purchasing goods and services by public authorities, using for this the method of bidding trading. It was carried out for this study a literature search. First, from the historical survey of the bids, relevant points of the bidding were presented as the concept, mandatory bid on the modalities and principles. Later, focus was given to trading mode, showing its historical aspects, conceptualizing the classroom and electronic types, describing about the procedure and the actors involved in the process, highlighting then the advantages and disadvantages described in the literature on the use of this modality, ending with considerations regarding the optimal placement as the use of trading.
