The interest in developing this research is justified by the fact that we seek to analyze the involvement and participation of the family in the nursery today, and the impact of participation in the process of teaching and learning of children in kindergarten. We understand how much work with group of parents in CREI can strengthen democratic spaces that contribute to improve the relationship and family day care. The methodology used in this study was the qualitative research with case study. This study was conducted in a 14 maternal I students class in the Reference Center for Early Childhood Education (CREI) Casulo Odete Farias Brasileiro, located at Rua Padre Manoel Otaviano, S / N, Quarter Padre Aristides, in the municipality of Igaracy - Paraíba - PB, that institution is municipal and serves students from kindergarten. The procedure used for data collection was a written questionnaire (Appendix 01) and also use observation of pedagogical processes in the nursery to see how parents influence the education of children. Although the literature is reviewed on Web sites, articles, books and periodicals. Through the studies that this study found the importance and influence of the family in the learning of the child, especially in early childhood education.
