Moodle nos cursos de tecnologia: análise do curso de Tecnologia em Gestão Pública da UFPB 2010-2012

The adoption of new technologies based on the Internet as a way of delivering government services has become a recent trend in public administration, thus the analysis of the Moodle course management technology publishes the Federal University of Paraíba, is the subject of this monograph resulting from applied research to professors of technology and management and technology students from the public management of this institution. The overall goal was to analyze how the platform MOODLE assists in the relationship between the institution of public education and its teachers and students, being limited to the study, the process of teaching and learning using digital worlds, from the perspective of its participants. Conducted the case study method double, through the application of interviews in the form of open questionnaire, prepared and conducted via the Google Docs system in two versions, the first and the second sent to teachers to students, with the help of documentary research. Given the purpose of the study, viewed as the most appropriate method. The conclusion reached, observed the idea of use, from the adequacy of the system of e-Government for public higher education, specifically its application in short courses such as undergraduate programs, the object of study of this paper, note it is, to some extent, a similarity with the procedures and techniques used in other forms of public higher education distance, however must be unique beaded specifics of the case, demonstrated throughout the work and highlight the need to study applied to this category, so to speak, of distance learning. However, experience, learning and professional preparation of the area are of the utmost quality and unquestionable efficiency through the proposal of the course.
