Data will be explained which were published by the World Disability Report, international in scope, statistical data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics-IBGE as regards the national and regional level, examples were used relating to Federal Universities that have examples of programs facing the disabled who attend their spaces, analysis of some internal regulations that administratively organize the centers given in the work.
