Crédito fundiário como instrumento de apoio à política agrária: o caso do assentamento São João - PB

This monograph presents the results of the research about the Programa Nacional de Crédito Fundiário (PNCF) as support to the agrarian reform. As well as an analysis of the land property from Colonial Brazil up to present days. For research aspects it was executed a study of the Program’s socio-economic effects on the improvement of life conditions of beneficiary families of the settlement São João II, located on the rural area of the town of Pombal PB. An exploratory research was performed for the development of the project, using a bibliographic and documentary research about the theme in question, through written and electronic means, as well as through effectuating a field research.
