Análise da estrutura organizacional de regime próprio de previdência social: um estudo sobre a gestão do Instituto dos Servidores Municipais de Cabedelo

This study aimed to evaluate the importance of strategic planning for the construction of the organizational structure of the Cabedelo’s Municipal Servants Institute - IPSEMC. An analysis of brazilian security system was made, with emphasis on RPPS (Own Social Security System) in the current legislation to demonstrate how to divide the security in Brazil and its features. The Cabedelo municipality is presented here in this research by having a municipal welfare agency that implemented this organizational structure model for improving the quality of services provided. The study presented historical aspects, features, projects and organizational strategies. And yet, in chronological order, changes in legislation governing the pension world, that is, the first pension laws to the main legal devices of today, especially the RPPS. Methodologically, was a literature study, deductive and documentary. Were also presented strategic planning concepts and organizational planning, definition and feasibility. The work concluded that the plan is able to provide the necessary support for the growth and control of an organization, providing conditions for it to draw its objectives and goals, with wide vision of the future, enhancing their human potential and his co-workers, allowing safer and responsible action in the pension world, institutional, financial, legal, social, political, etc., provided that all requirements set both the external and internal are working harmoniously.
